Bismillah.. i would like to story about my economics scholar i love he . Because of he i would like to explore about islamic economics. Umer Chapra is the one of the islamic economic shcolar. Nany of the contribution that he contribute for islamic. I love reading some he books, very inspiring and one day i would like to be umer cahpra.
Biography Dr. Umer Chapra 1.Dr. Muhammed Chabra was born in Pakistan in 1933
2.Father named is Abdul Karim Chapra
3.His childhood was spent in the land of his birth until the age of 15 years Then he moved to Karachi to continue his education there until a Ph.D
4.He worked at the Institute of Development Economics and the Islamic Research Institute and others 5. He was granted Saudi citizenship Awards Has been awarded gold medal from University of Sind, research and dakwah institutions islamic council of North America (ICNA) King Faisal international award Islamic development bank award He worked at the Institute of Development Economics and the Islamic Research Institute in Pakistan, then as a research assistant at Minnesota, and associate professor of economics at Wisconsin and Kentucky Universities, before becoming Consultant to the Saudi Arabian Monetary Organization for 34 years during which he was granted Saudi citizenship.
