MEANING PLANNING FROM ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE

People are both the creators and demolishers of every civilizational accomplishment. They too are the only beneficiaries of civilizational valuable upshots. Similarly, people are the creators and inhabitants of cities. If a city is well-ordered, clean, efficient, corruption-free, balanced, safe, free from stress and nuisance, it is all due to the right conduct attitudes and mindset of its inhabitants. Planning theory is needed in arranging the future developments for the peoples, economics, political and environment.

Planning can be defined as “foresight in formulating and implementing programs and policies”. Realistic planning starts with identification of needs and outcomes (Kaufman, 1972). Theories and models of planning and management most if not all is used in education have been borrowed from field such as business, government, and others. Therefore the main planning models or theories are used in planning of education. (PARAMBOOR, 2013) Planning theory can be defined as knowledge related to the field that is use in practice.
