Bismillah.. so today i would to story how rasullulah strategic planning. I read from the book i love.
Rasulullah S.A.W always emphasizes planning carefully before perform important tasks. As a example, before the hijrah (migration) is happened and uphold islam in Medina, strategic planning has been done by the Rasulullah S.A.W in Mecca.
At that time, he changed the strategy dakwah to convey the message of Islam to individuals coming from outside Mecca. The group Aus and Khazraj from Yathrib have been effected with the dakwah of Rasulullah S.A.W.

their purpose educate or teaching to the
public in Medina about islam. This strategic is success with Islamize many of
the figure Arabic in Medina. This allow occurrence the second agreement of
Aqabah in Mecca in the yar of 13 years before hijrah.
In this agreement, they promised to defend
Rasulullah S.A.W even as they defend their own families until the last drop of
blood. After the agreement , Rasulullah S.A.W appointed 12 people from among
them to be the main mission in Medina. This strategic plan is a starting point
to emigration and the rule of the Islamic state in Medina.
During the war of” Khandak”.
Quraisy out with a force of four thousand people and Bani Ghatfan amounted to six thousand men headed to Medina. Because muslim had military power that only three thousand people. Muslim decided to hold defense in Medina.

dig a trench around Medina to ensure the effective tactics, strategic planning

They decided to dig a trench along 5000 feet size is 7 to 10 feet and a widen is about 9 feet. To carry out this task, the companions of the Rasulullah S.A.W divided into several group. Every group have 10 people and each group have been directed to dig a trench over 40 feet. Effect from the strategic planning. The enemy could not enter the Medina with the help of ALLAH S.W.T, muslim are survived from the war.
