I would like to share something new that i learn about the wages. Recently my friend have the issue about this, means she own boss does not give a wages that she deserved . Iam so sad , so i would like to share something and let people recognize about it.

Wages In Islam
•The price of labour and salary should be
determine according to the Quran and Sunnah.
•Wages in islam is the price or remuneration paid to
labour for its services in the production process.
•The Quran refers to hiring the services

•The Quran says that wages are a right,
not benevolence from the employer, as in the following words, “those who
believe and perform honorable
deeds (good work) . . . their earnings will never be withheld from them” (95:
06)
• “They said, "O Dhul-Qarnayn,
indeed Gog and Magog are [great] corrupters in the land. So may we assign for
you an expenditure that you might make between us and them a barrier?“”
18:94
The
principle of wages in Islam :
•Employer should provide the basic
necessities enough for worker .
•Employer should at least providing
moderate good and clothing and make their feel satisfied with their basic
needs.
•During Umar period , he pay the wages
based on the revised based on the several criteria such as best performance,
long experience and based on knowledge level.
•Employeer should their worker just like their
brother.
•It’s right to employees to have his wages
specified advance and to get a complete wages.
•Should be punctual and time payment of
wages
“Give
employee his/her wages before the sweat is dry on him”
